N&N Ebikes and Repair LLC Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and delivery of the Mooncool TK PRO or TK1 Folding E-Trike to customers by N&N Ebikes and Repair LLC ("N&N Ebikes", "we", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Residential Freight Delivery (HAWAII ONLY)
The Mooncool TK PRO E-Trike will be shipped via freight delivery service directly to the residential address provided at the time of purchase. Due to Hawaii’s remote location and associated logistics, delivery may take approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of shipment confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays outside our control, such as freight availability or port processing.
2. Order Cancellation & Final Sale Policy (HAWAII ONLY)
You may rescind your purchase at any time up until the product is shipped. Once the trike has been handed over to the freight carrier and shipment has commenced, the sale is final.
No returns or cancellations will be accepted after shipment due to the complex and costly nature of freight delivery to Hawaii.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information, specifications, and consult with us (see Section 5) before purchase to ensure the product is right for their needs.
3. Warranty Coverage
All Mooncool TK PRO E-Trikes sold by N&N Ebikes and Repair LLC include the following warranty provisions:
One-Year Limited Warranty on:
Electrical components (e.g., motor, controller, display)
Drive-train (e.g., chain, pedals, crank)
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear-and-tear items (e.g., brake pads, tires, tubes)
Mechanical or cosmetic damage due to misuse, accidents, or neglect
Labor for repairs or installation of parts unless otherwise arranged

The warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer, Mooncool. N&N Ebikes and Repair LLC does not provide or guarantee any warranty coverage and is not responsible for the availability, shipment, or installation of warranty parts, nor for the performance of any warranty-related repairs. We act strictly as a liaison between you and the manufacturer to assist with:
Facilitating warranty part requests
Communicating with Mooncool regarding warranty claims
Helping locate a local repair facility (if available) near you for installation
⚙️ Parts Availability Notice:
The availability of replacement parts or components under warranty is determined by the manufacturer and may change at any time without prior notice. N&N Ebikes and Repair LLC cannot guarantee stock levels, lead times, or shipping timelines for these items.
Customers must retain their original purchase receipt to validate warranty claims and may be required to work directly with Mooncool in some instances.
4. Repair and Support Limitations (HAWAII ONLY)
Due to geographic constraints, we may not be able to directly service your trike in person. However, we are committed to helping ensure a smooth ownership experience through virtual support and coordination with available third-party service providers.
